This airdrop is for OSMO stakers who voted on Osmosis gov prop 702 or 708, for the funding of Sail DAO. It is a pro-rata airdrop based on how your OSMO voting power. It is not additive, but the max of your VP across either prop. So if you voted on both props, you will not receive double, rather you will receive the drop based on whichever you voted with more OSMO. You will qualify if you voted for the prop directly or if the validator you staked to had voted on your behalf.
